By accessing or using the LandMapMagic API platform and development tools (the "Service"), you agree to comply with & be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
Description of Service
LandMapMagic is an API platform and development toolkit designed to provide developers and land professionals with geospatial mapping APIs, automated land analysis tools, and cropland data services. Users can integrate our APIs to access land mapping data, parcel boundaries, crop analysis, and geospatial development tools.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. It is your responsibility to keep your account credentials secure and to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Data Ownership & Usage
Data provided by users remains the intellectual property of the respective owners. LandMapMagic reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for analytical purposes and service improvement.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are processed according to the plan you choose. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. All sales are final, & no refunds will be issued.
Termination Policy
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. LandMapMagic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are in violation of these Terms.
Liability Limitations
LandMapMagic shall not be liable for any errors in the API responses, data content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data and implementing appropriate error handling in their applications.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
